Level 1 - Building the Foundation Towards Self-Mastery
Level I is the foundation and a prerequisite for the other levels of the Next Generation Reiki classes. You must complete this level before moving on to the next. Level I teaches you about learning to heal and live with the physical body and how to care for your everyday functioning through life. It is my own personal belief that the Reiki Principles have not been given the full attention to their importance by many Master/Teachers. It are these very Principles that I believe ARE the foundation to not only Reiki, but to our overall, core sense of Be-ing. In Reiki Level I you will learn:

Level II - Constructing Your Inner Temple of Self Mastery
You must have completed level I prior to beginning the next as one level builds upon the next. Level II, moves us into higher aspects of Self, into the Emotional and Mental bodies. It is here that we begin to walk within our deepest emotions, bringing release, healing and self love. Then we move into discovery and relinquishing those old, out-dated beliefs, karmic patterns and past life traumas. Next, you move to the Mind Grid to see what message you are broadcasting out into the Universe. If it’s not a message which is in alignment with your higher purpose, you will learn how to make the changes you desire. Reiki Level II training consists of:
- A recap of the Reiki Principles
- Extensive time spent with the Hara Line and its respective chakras
- Emotions and the state of your Health
- The Meridians and the effect negative emotions play with stress and the state of your health and well-being
- The Meridians and the effect Positive emotions play in promoting inner healing, The Thymus which holds the key and is also known as the Gateway to the Heart Mind

You must have completed both levels I and II before moving to the Self-Mastery level. Reaching the level of Self Mastership may seem as it is the end of your journey, but in all actuality, it IS the Beginning! Why is this so? As you have journeyed through each of your levels of your Be-ing, each layer, each level has brought about a new and deeper level of understanding and with this newly found sense of understanding comes a deeper release and healing. Along with this deeper release and healing comes your connection to what is TRUTH for you which also brings to you a greater responsibility as you learn to stand within the center of your own Truth, even when if it has the appearance of being shaken by another. In this level you will learn things like:

The Next Generation Reiki basic levels are the core and the foundation for all other Reiki programs.
